The finance departments (bureaus) and local taxation bureaus of all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and cities specifically designated in the state plan, the offices of the State Taxation Administration in Tibet, Qinghai, and Ningxia Provinces (Autonomous Regions), and the Finance Bureau of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps,
Upon deliberation, policies on urban land use tax on entities employing the disabled are hereby notified as follows:
