Announcement of the China Banking Regulatory Commission on Releasing the Results of Sorting out Ministerial Rules and Normative Documents in the Banking Sector

In accordance with the requirements of the Circular of the General Office of the State Council on Issues Relating to Properly Carrying out the Work of Sorting out Ministerial Rules (Guo Ban Fa [2010] No. 28), the China Banking Regulatory Commission has comprehensively sorted out ministerial rules and normative documents which have been issued until November 10, 2010 and ministerial rules and normative documents involving the regulatory duties of the China Banking Regulatory Commission issued by the People's Bank of China before the establishment of the China Banking Regulatory Commission.
