Decision of the State Council on the Revision of the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Exploitation of On-shore Petroleum Resources in Cooperation with Foreign Enterprises

The Decisions of the State Council on Amending the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Exploitation of On-shore Petroleum Resources in Cooperation with Foreign Enterprise is released hereby and shall take effect as of the date of promulgation.

The State Council decides to amend the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Exploitation of On-shore Petroleum Resources in Cooperation with Foreign Enterprises as follows:

1. In Article 6, "The department or unit authorized by the State Council" is amended as "The department designated by the State Council".

2. In Article 7, "The China National Petroleum and Natural Gas Corporation" is amended as "The China National Petroleum and Natural Gas Corporation Group and the China National Petroleum and Chemicals Corporation Group (hereinafter referred to as the "Chinese petroleum companies")".
