The "Decision of Shanghai Municipal People's Government on Ceasing the Implementation of Relevant Provisions Concerning Administrative Operating Charges in Eight Municipal Regulations" was adopted at the 7th Routine Meeting of the Municipal People's Government on April 28, 2008, and is hereby promulgated. It shall be effective as of July 1, 2008.

With a view to further expediting the transformation of governmental functions, reforming the administrative system, and constructing a service-oriented government, Shanghai Municipal People's Government has decided to cease the implementation of relevant provisions concerning administrative operating charges in eight municipal regulations.
