Decision of Shanghai Municipality on Repealing 70 Regulations of the Municipal People's Government Including the Procedures of Shanghai Municipality on the Administration of Passenger Transport on Roads between Provinces and This Municipality

The Municipal People's Government has decided to repeal the following 70 regulations of the Municipal People's Government after study:

I. Procedures of Shanghai Municipality on the Administration of Passenger Transport on Roads between Provinces and This Municipality (Promulgated by Shanghai Municipal People's Government on December 23, 1994, amended and re-promulgated by Decree No. 53 of Shanghai Municipal People's Government on December 14, 1997)

II. Procedures of Shanghai Municipality on the Administration of Motor Vehicles' Maintenance, Repair and Testing (Promulgated by Decree No. 51 of Shanghai Municipal People's Government on November 14, 1997, amended by the "Decisions of Shanghai Municipal People's Government on the Amendment of Some Clauses in 10 Regulations Including the 'Procedures of Shanghai Municipality on the Administration of Inland River Ports'", promulgated by Decree No. 97 of Shanghai Municipal People's Government on January 9, 2001)

III. Procedures of Shanghai Municipality on the Administration of Road Transportation of Dangerous Goods of a Business Nature (Promulgated by Decree No. 45 of Shanghai Municipal People's Government on June 17,1997, amended and re-promulgated by Decree No. 132 of Shanghai Municipal People's Government on February 8, 2003)

IV. Procedures of Shanghai Municipality on the Administration of Goods Transportation by Out-of-town Motor Vehicles Stationed in Shanghai (Promulgated by Decree No. 26 of Shanghai Municipal People's Government on March 28, 1996, amended and re-promulgated by Decree No. 53 of Shanghai Municipal People's Government on December 14, 1997)

V. Implementation Rules of the Regulations of Shanghai Municipality on the Administration of Environmental Sanitation (Promulgated by Decree No. 5 of Shanghai Municipal People's Government on April 21, 1989, amended and re-promulgated by the "Decisions of Shanghai Municipal People's Government on the Amendment of the 'Implementation Rules of the Regulations of Shanghai Municipality on the Administration of Environmental Sanitation'")
