The Decisions of the People's Government of Beijing Municipality on Repealing Forty-eight Rules including the Measures of Beijing Municipality for Administration of Labor Protection Supervision Organizations, which was adopted at the 74th executive meeting of the People's Government of Beijing Municipality on November 23, 2007, is released hereby and shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.

Appendix: Decisions of the People's Government of Beijing Municipality on Repealing Forty-eight Rules including the Measures of Beijing Municipality for Administration of Labor Protection Supervision Organizations

It is decided hereby to repeal the following 48 rules for the purpose of safeguarding the uniformity of the legal system:

I. Measures of Beijing Municipality for Administration of Labor Protection Supervision Organizations (Promulgated by Jingzhengfa Document No. 37 of the People's Government of Beijing Municipality on April 21, 1988)

II. Implementing Measures of Beijing Municipality for Handling Accidents of Employees' Work Injuries (Promulgated by Jingzhengfa Document No. 37 of the People's Government of Beijing Municipality on April 21, 1988, and amended in accordance with Decree No. 12 of the People's Government of Beijing Municipality on December 31, 1997)

III. Implementing Measures of Beijing Municipality for Punishing Violations of Regulations on Labor Protection (Promulgated by Jingzhengfa Document No. 37 of the People's Government of Beijing Municipality on April 21, 1988, and amended in accordance with Decree No. 12 of the People's Government of Beijing Municipality on December 31, 1997)

IV. Measures of Beijing Municipality for Administration of Safe Production Education (Promulgated by Decree No. 21 of the People's Government of Beijing Municipality on July 17, 1990, and amended in accordance with Decree No. 12 of the People's Government of Beijing Municipality on December 31, 1997)
