各省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市财政厅（局）、住房城乡建设厅（委），新疆生产建设兵团财政局、住房城乡建设局，财政部各地监管局：
为规范中央财政城镇保障性安居工程补助资金管理，提高资金使用效益，根据国家预算管理和保障性安居工程的有关规定，我们重新制定了《中央财政城镇保障性安居工程补助资金管理办法》。
