为进一步提升发行上市监管效能，从源头上提高上市公司质量，我会拟对《中国证监会随机抽查事项清单》（证监会公告〔2015〕25号公布，证监会公告〔2021〕1号修改）中“首发企业检查”事项的抽查比例和抽查依据进行修改，现向社会公开征求意见。公众可通过以下途径和方式提出反馈意见：
