CSRC Promulgated the Guidelines for Information Disclosure Concerning Initial Public Offering and Listing of Catering Service Companies and Other Living Service Companies (for Trial Implementation)
On May 16, the China Securities Regulatory Commission (the "CSRC") Promulgated the Guidelines for Information Disclosure Concerning Initial Public Offering and Listing of Catering Service Companies and Other Living Service Companies (for Trial Implementation) (the "Guidelines").
The Guidelines stipulates that, in addition to catering, hairdressing, fitness and other service companies, other types of chain operating enterprises or enterprises having large number of individual customers and incurring large number of cash transactions may also make information disclosure by reference to the Guidelines. The Guidelines specifies the requirements for disclosure of information about the business development conditions, main operating modes and sustainable development capability of enterprises, the food safety and sanitation of the issuers, the main management system and execution conditions of the issuers, the corporate governance and the trademark and trade name of issuers, etc.
