MOHURD Issues the 2025 Catalog of Public Credit Information in the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Sector

Recently, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (MOHURD) has developed and released the Catalog of Public Credit Information in the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Sector (2025 Edition) (the "Catalog"), which takes effect upon issuance.

The Catalog covers nine primary categories of credit information, including basic registration information, administrative information, professional title and occupational information, information on the list of subjects with serious dishonest acts, information on credit commitments and their fulfillment, and information on credit evaluation results. In addition, for each specific item of information, the Catalog specifies the secondary category, primary entry, nature of the subject, and legal basis for inclusion. Take the "registration information of enterprises and individuals in the housing and urban-rural development sector" for example, the nature of the subject is "natural persons, legal persons, and unincorporated organizations," and their inclusion is based on the Circular of the General Office of the State Council on Issuing the Implementation Plan for Enhancing the Sharing and Application of Credit Information to Boost Access to Finance for Micro-, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs).
