MOFCOM to Extend Anti-Subsidy Investigation into Imports of Certain Dairy Products Originating in the EU

The Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) has released the Announcement [2025] No. 37, announcing the decision to extend the anti-subsidy investigation into imports of certain dairy products originating in the European Union (EU).

The Announcement specifies that, according to the Anti-Subsidy Regulations of the People's Republic of China (Revised in 2004), the MOFCOM released the Announcement [2024] No. 34 on August 21, 2024, deciding to initiate an anti-subsidy investigation into imports of certain dairy products originating in the EU. Due to the complexity of the case, the MOFCOM has decided to extend the anti-subsidy investigation duration to February 21, 2026 pursuant to Article 27 of the Anti-Subsidy Regulations of the People's Republic of China (Revised in 2004).
