Recently, the National Technical Committee 609 on Data of Standardization Administration of China (TC609) has formulated and issued drafts for public comment of three technical documents on data infrastructure, including Data Infrastructure—General Requirements for Security Capability (Draft for Comment) (the "Draft"), and three technical documents on trustworthy data space, including Trustworthy Data Space—Technical Requirements for Digital Contract. Public comments are open until August 24, 2025.
According to the Draft, the security of computing power in data infrastructure shall meet the following requirements: First, it can provide secure isolation mechanisms for computing resources, supporting safe coordination of diverse heterogeneous computing power, including general-purpose, intelligent, and supercomputing resources. Second, when achieving unified scheduling of computing resources across platforms, layers, or regions, it can ensure the security of scheduling instructions and processes to prevent hijacking or misuse of computing resources, thereby safeguarding the scientific layout of computing resources and secure coordination between eastern and western regions. Third, It can implement strict identity authentication, access control, and data encryption for computing tasks to ensure their security and privacy.
