Feedbacks Sought on the Announcement on Further Clarifying Issues Concerning Accepting and Processing Application for Administrative License of Cosmetics

The State Food and Drug Administration (SFDA) released the Announcement on Further Clarifying Issues Concerning Accepting and Processing Application for Administrative License of Cosmetics (Draft for Comment) to seek public feedbacks.

The Draft stipulated requirements of documentation submission for administrative license of cosmetics materials. The party which initially applies for administrative license of cosmetics materials shall submit one original copy and 4 duplicates of the application documentation. The duplicate shall be clear and shall keep consistent with the original copy.

The public-input process is scheduled to conclude on September 9, 2010.
