The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security (MOHRSS) recently released the Letter on Launching the Employment Promotion Initiative Among Human Resources Service Institutions.
According to the letter, from mid-October to late December, the initiative will focus on key groups such as college graduates and migrant workers, as well as key sectors such as manufacturing and foreign trade. Human resources service institutions, industry associations, and industrial parks will be organized to carry out a series of employment promotion activities. Localities will mobilize human resources service institutions to leverage their professional strengths by extensively collecting job opportunities from the market, accurately distributing job-seeking and recruitment information, increasing the frequency of "small and effective" and "specialized and targeted" recruitment events, innovating and developing intelligent employment service models, and enhancing standardized and credible services, thereby contributing professional expertise to promoting high-quality and sufficient employment. Meanwhile, human resources service industry associations, industrial parks, and leading human resources service enterprises will issue a joint initiative to create a favorable employment environment.
