Recently, the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) has released the Announcement [2024] No.17, deciding to initiate an anti-dumping investigation on imports of cypermethrin originating from India from May 7, 2024.
This investigation targets the products dumped between January 1, 2023, and December 31, 2023, and will assess the damage inflected on the relevant industry during the period from January 1, 2019, to December 31, 2023. The investigation commences on May 7, 2024, and is schedule to conclude before May 7, 2025, with a potential 6-month extension under special circumstances. Interested parties must register with the Trade Remedy and Investigation Bureau of the MOFCOM to participate in this anti-dumping investigation within 20 days of the release of this announcement. Interested parties participating in the investigation are required to provide basic identity information, the quantities and values of the investigated products exported to or imported from China, the quantities and values of similar products produced and sold, and correlation information, as per the Reference Format for Registering to Participate in the Investigation.
